What is the Passport Career Associates (PCA) program?

The PCA program launched in April 2011 in response to the increasing requests of relocation companies and destination service providers (DSPs) who are interested in providing their clients with access to Passport Career. Relocation companies and DSPs can apply to become a PCA, which allows the company to purchase single-user, 3-month, 1 destination licenses for their clients’ spouses/partners to have full access to the extensive online career transition information and services available through Passport Career. The spouse/partner can choose from more than 75+ countries/250+ cities (click on the “Countries” menu tab above to see full list of countries).

Why would my company be interested in the PCA program?

Because spouse/partner career issues are a hot topic with your clients. They want and need you to provide support and this program is a cost-effective way to add value to your portfolio of services. The program was designed with the input of several relocation companies around the world to ensure it will be effective for you and easy to launch. It involves no immediate investment, and offers your client a valuable service that does not increase your overhead expenses.

How does the PCA program work?

It’s quick and it’s easy! Here’s how it works:

  1. Your company applies to become a Passport Career Associate and create a company account by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days regarding approval to join the program and, at that time, your account will be made accessible.
  2. You can pay a nominal fee to customize the entry page for your clients to include your logo and a welcome message from you with your website and contact information, so the website is co-branded by your company.
  3. Once you purchase one or more individual licenses through your PCA account page online, you then re-sell that license to your client companies as an extension of your company’s services.

How do I purchase one or more licenses?

Once your account is established and approved (click on link at the bottom of this page to set up account), you can purchase individual licenses through your online PCA account (by credit card or PayPal account). You may purchase each individual license as needed, or may purchase multiple licenses to have available when needed. Unused licenses do not expire and the 3 months of access does not begin until the user first logs in.
