Susan Musich, M. Ed., GCDF
Executive Director & Founder
Susan is the Executive Director & Founder of Passport Career and has 20 years of experience as an international career counselor, personally coaching over 10.000 individuals from more than 180 different countries. She has worked with organizations such as Accenture, The World Bank/IFC, the United Nations, the U.S. State Department, and the U.S. Peace Corps, and Save the Children. In her spare time, she speaks at international conferences and writes books on career planning.
Among many things, Susan specializes in cross-border career strategies and is an expert on topics related to global careers for all skill levels, ranging from college students, MBAs, and Gen-Y to mid-career professionals and executives. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), trained extensively as an international career coach, and is officially designated as a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS).
Susan is a U.S. national but has lived in Mexico, the Philippines, and Costa Rica, and traveled to over 25 countries for work and research. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Journalism at Northern Arizona University and her master’s degree in Education/Counseling and Development at George Mason University.
