Susan Musich, M. Ed., GCDF
Executive Director & Founder
Susan is the Executive Director & Founder of Passport Career and has 20 years of experience as an international career counselor, personally coaching over 10.000 individuals from more than 180 different countries. She has worked with organizations such as Accenture, The World Bank/IFC, the United Nations, the U.S. State Department, and the U.S. Peace Corps, and Save the Children. In her spare time, she speaks at international conferences and writes books on career planning.
Among many things, Susan specializes in cross-border career strategies and is an expert on topics related to global careers for all skill levels, ranging from college students, MBAs, and Gen-Y to mid-career professionals and executives. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), trained extensively as an international career coach, and is officially designated as a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS). Susan is a U.S. national but has lived in Mexico, the Philippines, and Costa Rica, and traveled to over 25 countries for work and research. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Journalism at Northern Arizona University and her master’s degree in Education/Counseling and Development at George Mason University.

Lucia Kolaja Bordean
Corporate Relations Manager
Lucia joined Passport Career in 2009, and since then has played an crucial role in the success of the company. Prior to joining the team, she worked at Dell in Bratislava, Slovakia, Accenture in Bratislava, and the U.S. Peace Corps. She is an International Business Graduate from the Economic University in Bratislava, Slovakia, and currently lives in the U.S. with her husband and two children.
Lucia is ambitious not only when it comes to her career but also in her personal life. A few years ago she completed a one year, 15.000-kilometer bicycle trip from Brazil to Canada. Lucia has lived and worked in several European countries, the United States, several Central Asian countries, and Zambia. While living in Ukraine and Turkmenistan, she worked on various professional and informal short-term projects within expat communities. She speaks Slovak, Czech, English, German, Russian, and Spanish, and has a basic understanding of Hungarian.

Katelyn Bellus
Research Consultant and Private Website Content Manager
Katelyn has been with us since July 2012. She maintains our private website, regularly writes for our Global Career Blog, and analyzes company data. Katelyn previously worked for Au Pair in America, Front Rowe, Inc., and The Writing Academy. After studying two years in Rome, Italy, she returned to the U.S. to finish her degree and graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Business Management.
During her time spent abroad, Katelyn traveled to many different countries and experienced several diverse cultures that have directly influenced her career path and given her the personal insight and experience that makes her so successful as part of the Passport Career team.

Marissa Walker
Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator
Marissa joined the the team in May of 2017. She recently moved to Wiesbaden, Germany after completing her Master of Arts in Museum Studies at The George Washington University. She also teaches and performs aerial circus arts. Prior to her time with Passport, Marissa worked for the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, and was a digital strategist for Zest Social Media Solutions.
Marissa's colorful work history includes professional mermaid, ESL teacher, OMNIMAX theater operator, personal trainer, and fire eater. She has traveled to Israel, Canada, France, England, Spain, Italy, India, New Zealand, and Australia, where she studied abroad.
